Our Highland Disco Cider has Landed!

Highland Disco is a collaboration with Grant Hutchinson of Re:Stalk. We came up with the idea during a conversation about cider, whisky and music.

For this exceptional cider, we've barrel-aged a blend of 2019 and 2020 Discovery Cider in a highland whisky barrel for 18 months. It was then blended with our 2021 vintage and bottle conditioned.

The result is a ceilidh in a glass, bright strawberry and sherbet on the palate followed by gentle smoke and a delicious finish. And it's here just in time for the holidays!
