Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped on a next day tracked courier service.

We only dispatch orders Monday to Thursday.

Local delivery

We offer free delivery within 10 miles of our cidery for orders over £30, and at a cost of £4.99 for smaller orders.

Domestic Shipping Rates.

£6.99* for orders under £70 on the UK Mainland excluding remote Scottish mainland and Scottish Highlands.
Free for orders over £70.

For remote Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Wight (unfortunately we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland), shipping is £11.99* below £70, and £5* above £70.

*Shipping charges are inclusive of VAT.

Click and Collect.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Gibbet Oak Farm. After placing your order and selecting click and collect at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days, please email us to confirm collection.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@nightingalecider.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nightingalecider.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
