DISCOVERY CIDER

Medium still · 6% ABV · Discovery & Redlove blend

Discovery is one of the great English eating apples — bright, aromatic and full of early-season character. Here we blend it with Redlove, a striking apple with ruby-red flesh that brings a gorgeous berry note and a blush of colour to the glass.

The result is a medium still cider that's both pretty and delicious. Light on its feet but with real depth of flavour.

Tasting notes

Fresh strawberry and rose on the nose, with a soft pink hue in the glass. The palate is juicy and gently rounded, with notes of red berry, crisp apple and a clean, refreshing finish.

Food pairings

A natural match for summer salads, smoked salmon, light fish dishes and fresh goat's cheese. Also lovely with a mezze spread or a simple picnic in the sun.

About the apples

Discovery and Redlove both grown on our farm in Tenterden, Kent. The Redlove is one of our favourite newer plantings — its red flesh comes all the way through to the juice, giving this cider its beautiful colour without any added fruit.
