Light Bird is our answer to the question we kept getting asked: can you make a low-alcohol cider that actually tastes like cider? We think we've cracked it. Made from our own Discovery apples, naturally fermented and then carefully de-alcoholised to 1.5% ABV — without losing the flavour.

Tasting notes

Pale and bright in the glass with a lively fizz. Fresh apple and a hint of strawberries and cream on the nose. The palate is light, refreshing and gently sweet — delicate, clean and very easy to drink.

Food pairings

Works beautifully alongside spicy food where you want something refreshing without the booze. Also brilliant at brunch, with salads, or any occasion where you want to keep a clear head but still have something special in your glass.

About the apples

100% Discovery apples from our Tenterden farm. The same apples we use in Wild Disco — harvested early in the autumn season when they're at their most aromatic.
