Love Bird

Love Bird is our sparkling rosé cider — and it's become one of our most popular releases. The colour comes entirely from the red flesh of our Redlove apples, blended with Discovery and Bramley to give it body and balance.

No added fruit, no colouring — just apples. Silver medal at the International Cider Challenge 2025.

Tasting notes

Pale blush pink in the glass with a delicate fizz. Fragrant strawberry, raspberry and rose on the nose. The palate is fresh and juicy with soft red berry fruit, gentle sweetness and a clean, bright finish.

The blend

Discovery · Redlove · Bramley — all grown on our farm in Tenterden, Kent. The Redlove's ruby-red flesh is what gives Love Bird its natural colour and berry character.

Food pairings

Made for summer gatherings. Lovely with strawberries and cream, charcuterie, light salads, smoked salmon blinis or a slice of Victoria sponge. Also a brilliant alternative to rosé wine at a picnic.
