Medium still · 5.5% ABV · Wild fermented
Our namesake cider — named for the market town we've called home for three generations. Made entirely from Kentish apples grown on our regenerative farm and wild-fermented with nothing added: no commercial yeasts, no sulphites, just the natural bloom from the orchard doing exactly what it should.
It's the cider we'd drink every day if we could. Unhurried, honest and quietly brilliant.
Tasting notes
Apple blossom and meadow flowers on the nose. The palate is juicy and well-rounded, with a gentle tartness and layers of orchard fruit. Finishes clean and refreshing — dangerously drinkable.
Food pairings
Perfect with soft washed-rind cheeses, a charcuterie board, roast chicken, or a proper ploughman's lunch. Also wonderful on its own on a warm afternoon.
About the apples
Grown on our third-generation family farm in Tenterden, Kent — the same orchards Sam's grandparents first planted. We farm regeneratively, looking after the soil so the trees look after us.
