Bramble Bird

Medium sparkling berry cider · 3.4% ABV · Silver, International Cider Challenge 2025

Bramble Bird is a proper fruit cider — made with real raspberries and blackberries alongside our own Kentish apples. No fruit flavourings, no concentrates, nothing artificial. Just cider and hedgerow.

At 3.4% ABV it's lighter and easy-drinking, but don't mistake that for lacking flavour — it's packed with berry character. Silver medal at the International Cider Challenge 2025.

Tasting notes

Deep pink-purple in the glass with a fine, lively fizz. Bright raspberry and blackberry on the nose, with a hint of apple underneath. The palate is fresh, fruity and gently tart, with a lovely long berry finish.

Food pairings

Fantastic with strong blue cheeses like Stilton or Gorgonzola, dark chocolate desserts, or summer berry pavlova. Also great as a refreshing garden drink on a warm afternoon.

A note on our fruit

We use whole real fruit — not concentrate or flavouring — blended with cider made from our own Kentish apples. Everything is as natural as we can make it.
