Mystery Bird - There's a new cider in town!

So we've been wanting to release some limited release barrel series ciders in bag in a box for a while, and so Mystery Bird was born.

This is just 1000L of something rather special, a cider blended from our archives with a barrel component, the oldest being 8 years in age.

This is a complex dry full juice and wild cider. There's wood influence, there's tannin and there's fruit, this isn't a cider for the faint-hearted.
