The Cat's Whiskers is a collaboration between Nightingale Cider and Cat In The Glass — two producers who share a passion for unusual, thoughtfully made drinks. We each brought our best apples and our different perspectives, and this is what happened.

A cider that couldn't have existed any other way.

Tasting notes

Complex and layered, with the combined DNA of two distinct producers. Rich orchard fruit on the nose with earthy, funky undertones. The palate is full-bodied and dry, with good structure and a long, textured finish. Elegant, confident and utterly distinctive.

About the collaboration

Cat In The Glass are known for their thoughtful, terroir-driven approach to cider and perry. Working together was a meeting of minds — and this bottle is the result.

Food pairings

Excellent with aged hard cheeses, game, pork or on its own as a contemplative after-dinner drink.
