Two Birds - Part 1

Two Birds is a triptych collaboration between Nightingale Cider and Chapel Cider. This is part one of three, a limited release of still cider of 300 bottles. It brings together two very different apples: Dabinett and Redlove.

Part 1 is a still cider, the natural expression of these two fruits being brought together. Dabinett brings dried citrus peel, clove spice and rich leather. Redlove brings youthful acidity, red berries and a juiciness to lift those aged tannins.

Ingredients: Cider and sulphites.
