Two Birds - Part 2

Two Birds is a triptych collaboration between Nightingale Cider and Chapel Sider. This is part two of three, a limited release of bottle conditioned cider of 200 bottles. It brings together two very different apples: Dabinett and Redlove.

Part 2 is bottle conditioned with a small addition of sugar to create a natural sparkle. The remaining lees in the bottle provide a platform for further character development over time, while the carbonation adds a new dimension to the palate.

7.8% ABV

Ingredients: Cider and sulphites.
