Wild Disco is rooted in an impulse and something unexpected. We take Kentish Discovery, the first apple to ripen each autumn, and let it ferment wild with nothing but the natural yeasts from the orchard and the fruit. No lab yeasts, no shortcuts. What comes out is a sparkling, medium-dry cider with a real spring in its step.

Floral, red apple, strawberry and rose on the nose. Fresh and zingy on the palate, with a clean finish that has you reaching for the next sip.

Made for Thai food and fish and chips. That zing loves a bit of heat, and it cuts right through the batter.
