Wild Disco

Wild Disco is our flagship sparkling cider — and the one that's turned the most heads. Made from 100% Discovery apples grown on our Tenterden farm, wild-fermented without added yeasts, and naturally carbonated in the bottle.

It took Trophy at the International Cider Challenge 2025, the highest accolade in the competition. We're quietly over the moon about that.

Tasting notes

Vibrant and lively in the glass, with a persistent fine bead. Fresh green apple and white flower on the nose, with a burst of orchard fruit on the palate — crisp, clean and refreshingly tart. The finish is long and gently dry.

Food pairings

Brilliant with oysters, grilled fish, pan-fried scallops or a light chicken dish. The acidity cuts beautifully through rich or creamy sauces. Also wonderful as an aperitif.

About the apples

100% single-variety Discovery, harvested in early autumn from our regenerative orchard in Kent. Wild-fermented using only the natural yeasts present on the fruit — nothing added, nothing taken away.
