Our sparkling Kentish Perry is a blend of Comice, Conference and Concorde dessert pears with Bramley apples. This is a bright perry with notes of soft pear florals balanced with crisp, tangy apple. It’s beautifully fragrant with fresh acidity, lightly sweet and effervescent. It’s a wonderful substitute for sparkling wine.
Kentish Perry was awarded 88 points and a bronze medal in the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition 2022. The judges tasting notes were "Fresh and harmonious with flavours of lemon sherbet, green fruit alongside pretty floral lavender notes."

- 80% Conference, Concorde & Comice
- 20% Bramley
